Angela Cartwright Urach
Cartwright got married in 1975 to Steve Gullion. They have two children. Born from England, Angela is the younger sister of actress Veronica Cartwright. When she was young she played Linda Williams the sweet little step-daughter on The Danny Thomas Show in 1953. From 1957 until 1964, she was part of the series. Following that she was cast as Brigitta in the cult Julie Andrews movie The Sound of Music (1965). Her first appearance on TV series aired as Penny Robinson in Lost in Space (1955) which ran 1965-1968. It is a popular show even today, despite its sloppy plot as well as low-quality special effects. Angela was a part of Make Room for Granddaddy a 70s sequel to the first. The show ended shortly afterward. Angela has since found a career outside the film business. Veronica Cartwright played Cathy Brenner in Alfred Hitchcock's iconic 1963 horror film The Birds. She was only 13 at the time of her casting. Bonanza the first western in color was a story about the Cartwrights who were a fictional family living in Virginia City Nevada, an actual mining boomtown, in the 1800s. The character portrayed was the most junior Cartwright son, whose mom (Felicia during the pilot, and then changed later to Marie) a widow and mother of a child who had lost his life to fever (episode Marie My Love) was born of French Creole descent.
