Anne Marie Cancelmi (born July 31 1975) known in the role of Annie Parisse is an American TV actress and actor known for playing Alexandra Borgia on the television drama Law & Order a role she played from 2005 until 2006 in 33 episodes. Her other appearances include Julia Lindsey Snyder in the soap opera as the world Turns. Her stage name was inspired by her name and her great-grandmother Anna Maria Parisse. Annie Parisse met actor Paul Sparks for the first time back in 2005. the couple eventually tied the knot after dating for some time during the year. In October of 2005, they had their first child Emmett Sparks(son) the couple also have an infant daughter. Annie Parisse, born 31st of July 1975 was raised in Mercer Island Washington by her father and mother Annette Cancelmi (Mother), who was a Pennsylvania teacher. Her two brothers include Louis Cancelmi, an actor (married to Elisabeth Waterston), and Michael Cancelmi, a teacher of Italian. Annie was a college student when she started to act on stage in school plays and dramas. Her debut came on Big Screen through the film On the Q.T. (1999) in which she played a minor character in the role of Wendy. Her debut on TV was the show As the World Changes.
